Pre-Season Fitness Training

Alongside the recently announced indoor net session to be held at Westville House schol, outdoor pre-season training will commence at the club, from 6.30pm on Wednesday 23rd February. These sessions will comprise mainly of some fitness training, football and some touch rugby.

It is expected that all players with first team aspirations will attend. Please do your best to do so, see you there!
